Thank you for shopping at Assurance Anokye Enterprise. We take great pride in our African-themed gifts and souvenirs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Returns and Refund Window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Handcrafted Disclaimers
Please note that slight natural imperfections or minor variations in hand-carved, woven, or painted souvenir items are a hallmark of authentic African craft and are not recognized as damage or grounds for a standard defective product refund. - Damaged or Broken Items in Transit
Souvenirs can sometimes be fragile. If your item arrives broken or damaged due to postal handling: - Take clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging immediately.
- Email the photos along with your order number to gifter@assuranceanokye.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will review the images and happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund for validated shipping damage.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is due to a change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. - Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies. - Contact Us
If you have any questions on how to return your item to our Obuasi location, contact us at gifter@assuranceanokye.com.
